We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you change your mind, the size isn't right, or the product isn't what you expected - contact us within 14 days and we will sort it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We cannot process returns on items that have been used or altered.

📦 Honest Shipping Times

We want to be upfront about how our store works. We use a fulfilment model where products are shipped from our warehouse. Here's what to expect:

• Processing time: 1–3 business days to pack and dispatch your order
• Delivery time: 4–9 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from your order date

These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance or carrier capacity. We appreciate your patience - and we promise it's worth the wait. 🏳️‍🌈

How to Start a Return or Refund

1. Email us at support@amsterdamprideessentials.com within 14 days of your delivery date
2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
3. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Easy. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll get the right item out to you quickly. Our range runs XS–4XL so we'll almost certainly have what you need.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement immediately - you do not need to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Customised or personalised orders
• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account. We'll email you as soon as the refund is issued.
