Processing Time

We pack and dispatch every order within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on weekdays are typically processed the same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery takes 4–9 business days. Total estimated time from order date to your door is 5–12 business days.

We always recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before Amsterdam Canal Pride (late July) to guarantee your gear arrives in time for the parade. πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ

Delivery Estimates by Region

  • Netherlands: 1–3 days processing + 4–9 days delivery = 5–12 days total
  • EU & EEA: 1–3 days processing + 4–9 days delivery = 5–12 days total
  • United Kingdom: 1–3 days processing + 5–9 days delivery = 6–12 days total
  • USA & Canada: 1–3 days processing + 6–9 days delivery = 7–12 days total
  • Rest of World: 1–3 days processing + 6–9 days delivery = 7–12 days total

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier capacity - especially during peak Pride season.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number sent by email once dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at support@amsterdamprideessentials.com.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, VAT or import duties charged by their country upon arrival. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are outside our control. We are unable to mark packages as gifts to reduce customs liability.

What's Covered

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of your delivery date. If an item doesn't fit, isn't quite right, or you simply changed your mind - reach out and we'll sort it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@amsterdamprideessentials.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Email us your order number and what you'd like instead - we'll get the right item out to you as quickly as possible. Our range runs XS–4XL so we'll almost certainly have what you need.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement immediately - no return of the original item required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 14 days after the delivery date
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
