1. About Us
Amsterdam Pride Essentials operates this online store. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.
2. Products & Pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions and prices at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display accurate product images, but colours may appear differently on different screens.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.
We accept major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or our payment partners.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 5–12 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier capacity issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged in their country.
5. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@amsterdamprideessentials.com before the 14-day period expires.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this store — including product images, designs, text, logos and branding — is the intellectual property of Amsterdam Pride Essentials or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Amsterdam Pride Essentials is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered customers of significant changes by email.
